Paige Dix | Client Service & Operations Specialist

Paige grew up in Carlisle, Iowa, and moved to Cedar Rapids in 2009 to attend college. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2013, working in both retail and commercial banking. After 13 years in Cedar Rapids, Paige returned to the Des Moines area in 2022, where she continued her career in commercial banking before transitioning to wealth management when she joined DM Kelly in February 2026.

As an Operations Specialist, Paige serves as a primary point of contact for clients and works closely with the firm’s advisors to manage client needs from start to finish. She values building genuine relationships with clients and being someone they know they can turn to when they have a question, need assistance, or simply aren’t sure where to start.

Paige also has a strong focus on operational efficiency and process improvement. She enjoys identifying inefficiencies, simplifying workflows, and developing practical solutions that keep work moving, improve the client experience, and help the team operate more effectively.

Paige now lives in Waukee with her daughter and their pets. She is an unapologetic Taylor Swift fan, with a level of enthusiasm that may border on a personality trait. Outside of work, she enjoys live music and stand-up comedy, birdwatching, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.
