  • A better business model. We don’t believe in micromanagement. Our culture is one in which advisors can focus on their clients and grow their book of business. We hire only qualified, independently driven candidates—so the bureaucracy commonly found at large brokerage firms just isn’t necessary. In addition, we pay all related transition costs for eligible advisors interested in joining our firm. Qualifying advisors may transition with their current support staff if desired.

  • Competitive compensation. Does your current firm delay production payouts with a trailing structure? At D.M. Kelly & Company, we offer straightforward production payouts—without confusing charts and scales or payouts based on arbitrary goals.

Our advisors receive their payouts within three weeks following the month of production. We use a flat pay scale for all products—regardless of your assets under management or the amount of time you’ve been with our firm. When you take into consideration our profit-sharing contributions and benefits, our average cumulative payout is extremely competitive.
