Karen joined D.M. Kelly & Company in March 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience providing high-level support to executives in both academic and corporate environments.

Recognized for her calm-in-the-chaos mindset, Karen values collaboration, genuine care for people, organization, and generating enthusiasm. She’s deeply passionate about creating streamlined efficiency for her team—always seeking ways to help others accomplish more with less stress and effort.

Inspired by her Irish heritage, Karen and her husband, Tom, chose to marry in Ireland—a reflection of her deep connection to all things Irish, which she continues to embrace wholeheartedly. Her creativity shines not only in crafting innovative business solutions but also in one of her favorite pastimes: creating a peaceful, inviting home through thoughtful décor, especially during the holidays.

Outside of work, Karen loves exploring new destinations with Tom. Above all, she treasures her role as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, cherishing every moment spent with her family.
