Kelly & Company believes in an environment that is free from confusing commission charts or scales. Our brokers are paid their full commissions only two weeks following a month of production. D.M. Kelly & Company uses a flat commission pay scale for all products sold regardless of your assets under management or the amount of time you’ve been with our firm. When you take into consideration our profit sharing contributions and benefits, our average cumulative payout is well over 50%!

Over the last seven years, our 401k Plan has had an average contribution level of 14% of our brokers’ take home pay. In addition, D.M. Kelly & Company will pay all related transition costs for eligible brokers interested in joining our firm. Qualifying producers may transition with their current support staff if desired.
