Opportunities at D.M. Kelly & Company
D.M. Kelly & Company is always looking for established
brokers and office support talent with excellent customer service skills
and experience in the financial industry. We offer an excellent training
program and outstanding benefits that include full-paid health and dental
insurance as well as an outstanding profit sharing plan. Please read the
three reasons below that differentiate D.M. Kelly & Company from our
competition and contact us if you have any questions regarding this information
at 515-440-3106 or email hr@dmkc.com.
Three good reasons to join our firm:
1. Competitive Commissions - Does your
current firm delay commission payments with a trailing commission structure?
How long does it take to receive a bonus or “incentive” award?
D.M. Kelly & Company believes in an environment that is free from
confusing commission charts or scales. Our brokers are paid their full
commissions only two weeks following a month of production. D.M. Kelly
& Company uses a flat commission pay scale for all products sold regardless
of your assets under management or the amount of time you’ve been
with our firm. When you take into consideration our profit sharing contributions
and benefits, our average cumulative payout is well over 50%!
2. A Better Business Model - D.M. Kelly & Company
provides an environment free of micromanagement in which brokers can focus
on their clients and grow their book of business. We hire only qualified,
independently driven candidates so the bureaucracy commonly found at large
brokerage firms is not necessary at our company.
3. Superior Benefits - D.M. Kelly & Company employees receive
comprehensive health and dental benefits as well as life insurance. Over
the last seven years, our 401k Plan has had an average contribution level
of 14% of our brokers’ take home pay. In addition, D.M. Kelly &
Company will pay all related transition costs for eligible brokers interested
in joining our firm. Qualifying producers may transition with their current
support staff if desired.
If you are dissatisfied with the direction of your current
employer, consider a full-service brokerage firm that trusts and appreciates
their employees and is solidly established with more than $950 million
in assets under management. Our investment representatives have access
to an outstanding product inventory, marketing support and the latest
research.
